Replace the bread and shape it at your choice then again let it rest for 30-40 minutes. Bake on the greased baking tray in the preheated oven to 200°C for 45 minutes. Smear the baked bread with margarine and let it cool. Baking in the bread-making machine: pour the water in the bread bucket, add 500 g of bread mix where you have previously added instant yeast. Put the bucket in the bread-making machine and press the desired button. When the bread is baked, take it out from the bucket and leave it to cool. 500 g mixture (1/2 packaging) 7 g Dolcela instant yeast or 20 g fresh yeast 3,0 - 3,5 dl lukewarm water
