Mix by hand or with electric mixer (at middle speed) until the dough is well blended. Let the dough rest for 50 minutes in a warm place, then replace it and shape at your choice and let rest again for 30-40 minutes. Bake on the greased baking pan in preheated oven to 175-200 °C for about 45 minutes. Smear the baked bread with margarine and let it cool. Baking in the bread-making machine: pour the water in the bread bucket, add 500 g of bread mix where you have previously added instant yeast. Put the bucket in the bread-making machine and press the desired button. When the bread is baked, take it out from the bucket and leave it to cool. 500 g mixture (1/2 packaging) 7 g Dolcela instant yeast or 20 g fresh yeast 3,0 - 3,5 dl lukewarm water
