This rice, which is also called water-rice, has a needle-like shape with an exceptional ratio of length and width. After a careful peel removing, the grains are polished which makes them remain loose after cooking while retaining its dry consistency.

Just like other kinds of rice, this rice is also natural without gluten, easily digestive, containing B-complex vitamins, calcium and phosphorus.


Quick preparation • Multiple usage


1. Rinse the rice and pour it in boiling and salty water (1 cup of rice to 2,5 cups of water) 2. Cover and let it simmer for 14-17 minutes until the rice softens 3. Rinse the excess of water and serve the rice.
