Preparation

Lightly sauté vegetables in oil. Add 800 mL warm water and contents of Fant packet. Bring to the boil, and cook 30–35 minutes in a partially covered pan, stirring occasionally. If desired, add 2 tablespoons sour cream or 1 teaspoon vinegar to finished stew.
