Arborio-rice is long-grained white rice with high starch content which is why it tends to absorb big amounts of water with no extended period of cooking.
1. Rinse the rice and pour it in boiling and salty water (1 cup of rice to 2,5 cups of water). 2. Cover and let simmer for 14-17 minutes until the rice softens. 3. Rinse the excess of water and serve the rice.
