Prof. Zlata Bartl Foundation Officially Published Fourth Invitation for Application

Due date to submit applications is 19 November 2007.

"Prof. Zlata Bartl" Foundation has invited for the fourth time to send applications for scholarships and supports for regular students of graduate and postgraduate studies. The purpose of the Foundation is to award 10 scholarships and 10 grants in the academic year 2007/2008 to students of graduate and postgraduate studies. Basic criteria for awarding scholarships and grants are candidates’ excellence in study and science-research work. The scholarships will be approved in the amount of annual tuition fee for stated study, and the grants as an amount of money.

The basic idea of the "prof. Zlata Bartl" Foundation is to promote and encourage creative and innovative science-research work of highly educated young people, citizens of Croatia. The Foundation continuously invests into development of young Croatian experts, scientists and researchers and that way systematically contributes to the development of local community as a whole. In the past three years the students were awarded with 57 scholarships and supports worth more than half a million kunas. Considering that the basic criteria is excellence of candidates in study and science-research work, one can say that the interest of candidates is exceptionally wide and their number increases for about 20% each year.
