Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Article 159 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Podravka Inc. hereby announces that on 18th July 2013, Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Podravka Inc. will have the sessions in order to consider the non-audited consolidated Financial Statements of Podravka Group for the period 1st January to 30th June 2013.

The stated Financial Statements of Podravka Group will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and the Company web site.
