PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, OIB: 18928523252 (hereinafter: Company) informs that based on the fulfillment of medium-term business indicators for the period 2022 to 2024, the Company transferred the second part of the shares allocated in previous years, and the president of the Management Board dr. sc. Martina Dalić acquired 1,399 shares with ticker PODR-R-A, member of the Management Board Davor Doko acquired 970 shares with ticker PODR-R-A, member of the Management Board Ivan Ostojić acquired 723 shares with ticker PODR-R-A, member of the Management Board Ljiljana Šapina acquired 912 shares with ticker PODR-R-A and member of the Management Board Milan Tadić acquired 970 shares with ticker PODR-R-A.

Based on the achieved business results for the year 2024, the president of the Management Board dr. sc. Martina Dalić acquired 463 shares with ticker PODR-R-A, member of the Management Board Davor Doko acquired 321 shares with ticker PODR-R-A, member of the Management Board Ivan Ostojić acquired 302 shares with ticker PODR-R-A, member of the Management Board Ljiljana Šapina acquired 302 shares with ticker PODR-R-A and member of the Management Board Milan Tadić acquired 321 shares with ticker PODR-R-A.

Company  informs that it has received:

- notification of the subsidiary company BELUPO Inc. on the acquisition and release of ordinary shares with the ticker PODR-R-A,

- notice from the President of the Management Board of BELUPA Inc. Hrvoje Čeović, that based on the achieved business results for the year 2024, he acquired 306 ordinary shares with ticker PODR-R-A,

- notification of a member of the Management Board of BELUPA Inc. Tihomir Heđever that based on the fulfillment of medium-term business indicators for the period 2022 to 2024, the second part of the shares allocated in previous years was transferred to him and he acquired 603 ordinary shares with ticker PODR-R-A and that based on the achieved business results for the year 2024, he acquired 199 ordinary shares with ticker PODR-R-A.
