Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce that the session of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. will be held on 13^th April 2017 in order to establish the audited Annual Financial Statements of PODRAVKA Group (consolidated) and PODRAVKA Inc. (non-consolidated) for 2016 and the proposal on profit distribution for the business year 2016.

Also, it is expected that on the same day the Management and Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. will decide to convene the General Assembly of PODRAVKA Inc. together with proposals of decisions to be decided at the General Assembly of PODRAVKA Inc.
