Reputation Institute: Podravka awarded for excellence in corporate reputation in Croatia

Reputation Institute awarded Podravka, Pliva and Vindija for excellence in corporate reputation among Croatian companies in 2006. According to the Reputation Institute Score, Podravka holds 21st position in the global scale of companies with the best corporate reputation.
Reputation of individual companies is analysed using a globally standardized RepTrak model which analyses seven reputation dimensions – performance, leadership, innovations, workplace, products&services, governance and social responsibility.
Reputation Institute, headquartered in New York, is currently present in 23 countries through its academic and corporate network. Since 1997 they deal exclusively with corporate reputation and using RepTrak methodology have so far analysed the success of 700 biggest world companies. Business reputation presents a capital for the future because corporate reputation ensures the continuity of business success.
Podravka Management Board chairman Darko Marinac pointed put that Podravka operates in three markets – products market, knowledge and labour market and capital market. On the product market the key to success is the brand, on knowledge and capital market it is reputation, said Marinac, expressing his hopes that Podravka maintains the leading position in Croatia.
