(Company) hereby announce that on: - May 23rd 2022 have been acquired 288 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A, - May 24 th 2022 have been acquired 280 own shares with the ticker PODR-R-A, by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange. After mentioned acquisition of own shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 101,952 of the own shares, which represents 1.431910 % of the Company's share capital.
