Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Milan Tadić, Member of the Management Board of the Company, based on realization of the Company share purchase option right, on August 31st 2022 purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 704,300.00 and 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an average weighted price for the year 2018 of HRK 316.52 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 633,040.00.
