Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Marko Đerek, Member of the Management Board of BELUPO Inc., based on realization of the Company share purchase option right, on August 25th 2022 purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an average weighted price for the year 2017 of HRK 352.15 per share, which amounted to a total of HRK 1,760,750.00.

By trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange Marko Đerek released 120 ordinary shares of the Company on August 26th 2022.

In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, information about the transaction is stated on the Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which is enclosed as an integral part of this Notice.
