Podravka Management Board president Miroslav Vitković signed today with representatives of unions active within Podravka amendments to Podravka Group Collective Agreement.
Signing amendments to the existing Collective Agreement, Podravka employees will have a 0.5% supplement to basic salary according to the years of service, with freezing present supplement to the years of service. Supplements for unfavourable work conditions have also been increased by 10%, and after Podravka Group realizes planned nett profit, workers will receive company stimulation amounting to 2% of that profit. Compliant to Labour Law, it is agreed that records be kept on working hours of workers as well as terms of implementing changes of standard working hours. Depending on years of service, coefficient corrections are again introduced for low qualified workers, and pensioners will receive Christmas bonus of Podravka products.
Upon signing these amendments it was stated by both parties that these amendments are in the best interest of stability and security of work places, taking into consideration the economic situation of the country, and in the autumn the negotiations will continue, with the interest of advancement and development of Podravka, but also to the satisfaction of all the workers.
