Two final competitions in Čokolino All-rounder in the season 2008/09 were held last Thursday and Friday in Opuzen and Vodice. The city in the Neretva valley hosted the grand names of Croatian handball and football - Patrik Ćavar and Zvonimir Boban, while in Vodice the captain Zvonimir Boban was joined by young players from football club Šibenik, Ivan Rodić and Ermin Zec. They were all impressed by the atmosphere at Čokolino All-rounder, the fierce supporting, perfect organization and the vast emotions that the children show.
Next to the winners in Opuzen, Nevena Sršen and Mislav Penović, Luka Deak was especially commended for fair play, while in Vodice, except to the contestants with the most points gained, Monika Augustin and Franko Olujić, all congratulations go to the supporters who created a perfect and unforgettable music curtain.
Podravka and Sportske novosti now start with the preparations for the grand finals which will be held in Koprivnica on 29th and 30th May. The host will be Braća Radić elementary school, and the competitions will be held in gymnasium of the new secondary school, and their arrival to the finals was already confirmed by Blanka and Joško Vlašić and Marijan Ban.
