Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law („Official Gazette" no. 88-2008, 146-2008 and 74-2009) and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that at its today's session, the Supervisory Board of Podravka d.d. passed a resolution on approving the resolution made by Podravka d.d. Management Board on accepting Podravka Group Business Plan for 2012.

At this session a resolution was also passed on electing Podravka d.d Supervisory Board deputy president. Mr. Dubravko Štimac, resident at Zagreb, Veslačka 2, was elected as Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board deputy president.
