The Zagreb School of Economy and Management has organised the Student Future Day for the third year in a row, an event where both employers and employees meet. This is an opportunity for all employers to portray their company in the best light through publicity counters and organising lectures while students can receive firsthand answers to key questions that will help them select the most favourable employer and if they decide they can leave their contact information and CV’s.
/* */ Podravka has attended Future Day from day one, and on 3 March we represented ourselves at the 3rd Student Future Day.
Podravka has recognised the value of direct communication with students by nurturing the tradition of representing the company at these fairs, so we did not miss the opportunity this year to present ourselves to the students of the Zagreb School of Economy and Management. The attendants had the chance to get acquainted with the selection process at Podravka, current job needs in particular organisational units and learn about our company. The students’ interest in Podravka at these fairs is always high as we are a company with a long tradition and presence on some twenty international markets, but also because of our trainee programme, investment in education and development of competent, young people and the opportunity for pursuing and international career, which are all very important for young people.
The 3rd SFD gathered 22 companies of which some were Agrokor, Coca-cola, L'Oréal, Privredna banka, Zagrebačka banka – so it was also a unique occasion for getting together and exchanging experiences from human resource representatives from different companies.
