Aiming to support the development of sport and sport clubs in Koprivnica, Podravka financially aided 10 sport clubs from Koprivnica.

Sponsorship contracts were signed today in Koprivnica by Podravka Management Board President Miroslav Vitković and the Board members Marin Pucar and Krunoslav Bešvir, with representatives of the clubs: Chess Club Podravka, Karate Club Podravka, Bowling Club Podravka, Table Tennis Club Podravka, Shooters Club Podravka, Wrestling Club Podravka, Anglers Club Podravka, Football Club Koprivnica, Riders Club Koprivnica and Tennis Club Koprivnica.

- Amateur sport is an important part in the overall development of the society, and Podravka wishes to be a partner to the sport clubs. In a transparent and specific manner Podravka continues to provide sponsorship to the sport clubs, primarily those in Koprivnica-Križevci county. Sport brings young people together and contributes to the quality of living, therefore Podravka's investment in the sport life of our county is unmeasurable, Podravka Management Board President Miroslav Vitković said, adding that Podravka's name and its brands are promoted through good results of the clubs.

Total worth of the contracts is HRK 450,000.00, and apart from the financial aid to the clubs, by donating products to the amateur sport clubs Podravka is being socially responsible in the community in which it operates.
