Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that Podravka d.d., OTP Bank Plc, and MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company, Plc from Budapest concluded today a Settlement Agreement.
All claims and obligations between contractual parties, deriving from contracts concluded on 27th March 2009 regarding 10.64% shares of Podravka d.d, cease with this Agreement.
After the contractual obligations from the above mentioned Settlement Agreement be completed, Podravka d.d. will realize a positive effect on 2011 business result, amounting to HRK 19 million, considering the funds reserved before will now be released.
