Belupo with 'Go Slim" and the Association for prevention of obesity in a campaign against obesity

Belupo has taken part in the campaign of the Association for prevention of obesity whose goal is to draw the attention of the public to one of the most serious health problems – obesity!
As the biggest Croatian pharmaceutical company Belupo will support this project ‘The Obesity guidance centre” through its donations which will be organized in collaboration with the pharmacists’ specialists by the Association for the prevention of the obesity. In addition to this, the Association for the prevention of obesitiy will be regularly giving different lectures and discussions on causes, consequences, prevention and curing of obesity.

The campaign will take place during the 2008, and a part of profit of each specially labeled ‘Go Slim” packaging will be donated to the Association for the prevention of the obesity.

The project is focused on the health problem – obesity – since 60% of the Croatian citizens are overweight according to figures.

Belupo has decided to make its contribution to this campaign because it is aware of the seriousness of this problem and the consequences that obesity has on health and thus will help the fight against obesity by each sold packaging of ‘Go Slim”.
