After having informed the Supervisory Board at its today's session that the business operations at Podravka are uninterrupted, Podravka Management Board deputy president Miroslav Vitković and Board member Marin Pucar were given the authorization by the Supervisory Board for operative management of the company in the next 48 hours, while before making any other decisions they need to ask for a prior approval from the Supervisory Board.
It is also concluded that the Supervisory Board will continue to take all the necessary actions in the scope of their authorizations in order to continue regular business of the company, with the purpose of preventing possible unwanted consequences.
Podravka Supervisory Board's next session will be held on Friday, 23rd October at 5 PM at company headquarters, where they will, among other, discuss the plan on future activities of both the Management and the Supervisory Boards.
