Management Board member from Koprivnica, acquired 110 shares of Podravka d.d. purchasing them at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 28 June 2010. The acquired shares comprise 0.0020% of the share capital and provide 0.0021% votes at the General Assembly.
The shares were purchased at the price of HRK 272.00 per share. After this acquisition Miroslav Repić owns 111 shares, comprising 0.0020% of the share capital and provides 0.0021% votes at the General Assembly.
