Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby announce that the sessions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. will be held on 25^th October 2016 in order to examine and approve the unaudited Financial Statements of PODRAVKA Group (consolidated) and PODRAVKA Inc. (non-consolidated) for the period 01.01.-30.09.2016.

The stated Financial Statements will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and the Company web site.
