Day of Podravka Group Investors was for the first time held on 31st March 2010 at Podravka. Among the interested investors there were representatives of the pension and investment funds, but also brokers and analysts tracking Podravka Group. Investors were given the opportunity to get to know the Management Boards of both Podravka d.d and Belupo d.d.
For the first time Podravka presented itself this way together with Belupo d.d., who has provided insight into its business and presented trends and regulations in the Croatian market of drugs.
The purpose of holding an Investors' Day was to present the business results of Podravka Group, to explain the negative effects that reflected on business results in 2009 and to present the guidelines for 2010.
Presentation of Podravka Group business results for 2009 was held by the Management Board member in charge of Finance, Lidija Kljajić, and the presentation of Belupo d.d. was held by the Management Board President of Belupo d.d. Stanislav Biondić.
The participants were very active in asking questions about Podravka Group business operations, and after the formal part they visited Belupo's factory of solid drugs and Podravka's Vegeta factory. Investors' Day was hosted by the Management Board of Podravka d.d. and it was organized by the Investors Relation department.
