Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that at its 54th session held on 31st May 2010 the Supervisory Board of Podravka d.d. appointed the president and the members of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. - considering the fact that the terms of the entire Management Board end on 31st May 2010.
As decided by the Supervisory Board, appointed president of the Management Board of Podravka d.d., is the present Management Board president, Miroslav Vitković, and appointed members of the Management Board are Lidija Kljajić, Krunoslav Bešvir, Marin Pucar and Miroslav Repić.
The term of Branko Vuljak as Management Board deputy member ends and he is reactivating his term as Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board member.
The terms of the appointed president and members of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. start as of the day of their appointment.
