for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category A 2,248 shares and
for PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE Compulsory Pension Fund category B 272,675 shares.

Shares have been acquired at price of HRK 300.00 per share, on 24th July 2015 - pursuant to the Ruling by the Commercial Court in Varaždin on entry of the resolution on share capital increase and amendments to the Company Articles of Association for PODRAVKA Inc. (no: Tt-15/2691-2) passed 24th July 2015.
