Pursuant to the Capital Market Law, the Stock Exchange Rules and Resolution on acquiring own shares by the Company  adopted on 15^th February 2016, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (Company) announces the acquisition of 896 own shares, which is an amount of 0.0125 % of share capital of the Company.

After stated acquisition Company has 200,838 own shares, which represents 2.82 % of share capital of the Company.

Shares have been acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange as follows:

• on 21^st  September 2016 - 440 shares at an average price of HRK 370.00 and
• on 22^nd September 2016 - 456 shares at an average price of HRK 378.59 per share.

 The purpose of the acquisition is implementing the ESOP program and realization of the management and employees remuneration plan, compliant to the Company remuneration policy.
