Based on the notice received from PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. and having in mind the fact that Mr Dubravko Štimac is the member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. and also the Chairman of the Management Board of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. that manages Mandatory Pension Fund, pursuant to provisions in the Capital Market Law and in Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange we would like to inform you on the following:
On June 4th 2009 PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. has bought 4.100 shares of PODRAVKA d.d. on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on behalf of and for the account of Mandatory Pension Fund.
