Podravka Inc. has adopted the Corporate Governance Code in compliance with OECD corporate governance guidelines and the existing laws of the Republic of Croatia, in order to level the rights of all shareholders and to provide an open, professional and transparent approach in relations with the investment community.
Aware of the significance of responsible and ethically based conduct of business subjects within Croatian economy, Podravka Inc. has adopted the Code of Business Ethics undertaking the obligation to honour ethical principles in all its business relations and has accepted the liability to follow the principles of responsibility, truthfulness, efficiency, transparency, quality, conduct in good faith and application of fair business practices towards partners, both business and social environments and employees.
Podravka and all its related companies in the country and abroad intend to develop their own ethical values following the principles of modern corporate governance.
