Podravka bond have been listed on the Official Bond Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 19 May 2006 and marked with the ticker PODR-O-115A. The listing of this bond represented the listing of the first corporate bond in Croatian kuna issued on the Croatian capital market. Bonds were issued in the amount of 375 million HRK with maturity in 2011 and annual interest of 5.125%. Funds generated by this bond were used for the redemption of 99.6% of PODR-O-075A old bond issue denominated in euro, while the unredeemable bonds of that issue were paid out and delisted from the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 14 February 2007. The issue of new bond in Croatian kuna refinanced the old bond debt and current credit liabilities.
