The general POMAK programme is divided into two basic modules:
FBA (Fundamentals of Business Administration Programme), covers the so-called “hard” managerial competencies and
consists of submodules covering the field of financial, marketing, strategic,
global and general management.
Submodule lecturers are full time professors from the Faculty of Economics of
Zagreb as well as foreign professors and lecturers from different schools of
business, MBA programmes and similar.
LEADER has been developed for the purpose of developing so-called „soft“ managerial competencies and skills, covering submodules from the field of leadership, motivation, management, communications, negotiating and other.
