Selection process
The selection process consists of the following:
- Psychological testing within which you will have the chance to fill in cognitive tests and character questionnaires. The purpose of the testing is to provide quick insight into characteristics important for successful future job performance. No special preparation is necessary for the testing, but it is important to come rested and relaxed. Also, be prepared to set aside a couple of morning hours. The test results are a part of the total applicant assessment in the selection process, and one of the important parts is also the psychological interview that follows testing.
- Psychological interview which is part of the selection tools is mostly used as a supplement to testing and is conducted for better insight into the applicant's psychological profile. If you think that you have not performed well in previous selection steps, this is the best chance to correct your flaws and show your true colours. Do not forget that during the interview a successful interviewer will obtain information that you do not wish to reveal. Therefore; be open and self-confident, show that you are aware of both your strengths and weaknesses and how much you are motivated for the job. Motivation is one of the most important factors for successful job performance, and a motivated applicant is extremely positively assessed.
- Job interview follows after the assessment of a recruitment specialist who establishes whether you meet all the vacant job requirements. At this interview with the director of the organizational unit that corresponds to your field of interest and your qualifications, you can expect questions about the company as a whole as well as the job you are applying for.
We recommend you be well prepared for the final phase of the selection process because at that point you are just a step away from getting the job.
