Successful cooperation between Podravka and eSTUDENT continues

The successful four year cooperation between Podravka and the association eSTUDENT is based on a wide range of projects and frequent cooperation. This year four significant projects have been realised in the form of case studies that the Marketing sector assigned to students. Each of the offered cases referred to one of the product groups: Lero, Podravka sauces, Fant food supplements and frozen vegetables. The goal was to collect innovative solutions from young generations.

The solutions were presented to jury teams from the Marketing and Human Resources and Law sectors on 13 June 2008. Students recognised potential challenges of the product groups and gave solutions for their placement on markets in the region. Contacts were established with potential job candidates, useful concepts obtained and consumer feedback collected from the student population. Some of the offered solutions will be taken into consideration in actual promotional campaigns.

The mission and vision of Podravka’s sector Human Resources and Law is to recognize young and talented people when still at school. The intention is to monitor their development and academic performance and employment is a logical sequence in their professional development. The cooperation with eSTUDENT so far proved to be extremely successful. As a result of this cooperation, a number of young people have been employed in the field of marketing and sales who have in their work confirmed that there is a good reason for expecting more from members of this association.

Having in mind the success of the projects realised so far, this cooperation will continue with new projects. At the beginning of the academic year students will visit Podravka within the project “A Trip to the Workplace”. Podravka is determined to show young students they carry an exceptional source of knowledge that offers a unique chance for learning through work in an environment with a long tradition.
