As part of their study tour, about thirty students from the Faculty Ecole Nationale Supérieur de Chimie, Mulhouse from France visited Podravka. They are the students of chemical engineering who have expressed their desire to visit Podravka as one of the biggest and renowned food and pharmaceutical companies in South-East Europe.
During their stay in Koprivnica and Podravka, students from France were organized with a presentation about Podravka and a visit to the Vegeta and Soups factory. Asking numerous questions, the students have shown great interest in Podravka's products, quality management system, markets on which we do business, but also on possibilities of finding employment in Podravka. They were especially impressed by the Vegeta and Soups factory, the high level of sophistication in the production of our most renowned product. For them particularly interesting was the presentation of dr. Jasmina Ranilović, director of Quality control department about processes in quality control at Podravka and the visit to central laboratories.
They also prepared their own presentation about their University and curriculum they attend. At the end of their visit, on behalf of all the students, Florian Crest, the president of the Student Council, thanked the hosts on expressed hospitality and the opportunity to learn something new in their line of expertise and to see the real situation in business practice.
