Programmes for acquiring and developing managerial competencies

Managerial knowledge, capability and skills are factors essential for process and human resource management. In order to develop them in line with competencies, we assessed fundamental topics and developed programmes which have been tailored accordingly. Special attention is given to targeted development of capability and skills acquired through specific seminars.
