
Career Development
The employee career development plan at Podravka is divided into three fields:
- general knowledge;
- professional-specialist knowledge;
- general managerial competencies, skills and capabilities.
The educational system covers all employees with tertiary qualifications from day one at the company.
Long-term (strategic) and short-term (annual) plans are devised at the end of the year and goals that the employees are expected to achieve in the current year are set at the beginning of the year.
