At an operational level this means that the function of human resource management at Podravka, from the recruiting of high quality staff over efficient team building to permanent individual professional advancement, substantially enables and continuously contributes to effective achievement of the company's mission and vision as articulated in the business strategy.
The main role of Human Resources at Podravka, along with providing impeccable administrative service, is to create added value to business operations and have a proactive role in each situation that requires Human Resources involvement.
