Muffins with cherry filling

Preparation of Muffins is simple and fast, and what makes it easier is what Dolcela offers in one package and then you just have to add the basic ingredients (egg, oil and water) that mostly everyone has at home.
The package also contains cherry filling, with full flavour and fine cherry pieces.

Ingredients:
Cake mix: wheat flour, sugar, crumbling agent (sodium hydrogencarbonate, glucono-delta-lactone, disodium diphosphate), powder skimmed milk, emulsifier (E 481), table salt, thickeners (xantan rubber, E 466), aroma.
May contain eggs in trace amounts.

Cherry filling: cherries (60%), sugar, thickeners (pectin, sodium alginate), hardener (calcium citrate), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Preparation:
Add: 1 egg, 50 ml oil, 125 ml water.
Directions for preparation: Put the cake mix in a bowl, add egg, oil and water.
Mix it all with an electrical mixer (medium speed) for 3 - 4 minutes until you get smooth pastry.
In 12 cups that you have previously arranged on a baking plate, distribute the pastry evenly with a spoon so that the cups are filled by half.
Put one teaspoon of cherry filling (about 7g) in the center of the pastry surface and press slightly.
Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 200°C. Remove the baked muffins from the baking pan and let cool in their cups.

Storage: Keep in dry and airy place.

Shelf life: 9 months.

Packaging: net 385 g containing:

  • 300 g cake mix
  • 85 g cherry filling
  • paper cups.
