Spring soup

A clear soup with visible fine pieces of various vegetables such as carrot, celery, onion, peppers, leek and cauliflower.

The appearance is supplemented with fine short noodles.

Ingredients: noodles 42% (durum wheat semolina, eggs), table salt, dried vegetables 9.5% (carrot, celery, potato, onion, red peppers, leek, cauliflower), corn starch, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate), vegetable fat, sugar, maltodextrin, yeast extract, spices, colour (plain caramel), parsley leaf. 

Usage: Dehydrated product for 4 servings / 1L of soup.

Preparation: Empty the packet contents into 1 -1.1 L of boiling water and stir well. Simmer gently for 5-0 minutes, half covered and stir occasionally.

Storage: Keep in a dry place at room temperature.

Shelf life: Best before date printed on the lid.

Packaging: 60 g.
