The very name of this product speaks of its general purpose as the main ingredient for almost all types of pizza regardless of flavours and supplements consumers prefer. Ham for pizza is made from finely selected pieces of brined pork meat, filled in wrapping and thermally treated at pasteurisation temperature. The product is available in wrappings of ca. 2 kg and mini wrappings of 500 g.
