Winter salami

Danica winter salami is together with tea sausage the most famous Podravka durable sausage made from a high quality mixture of pork and beef meat. A special blend of spices provides a specific and recognisable flavour and the Podravka brand guarantees safety and quality. The current product range of Danica winter salami includes: vacuumed winter salami (wholes and halfs) and uniform slices of Danica winter salami in vacuum trays, net weight 150 g.

Storage: store in a dry and dark place at temperature up to +15 (vacuum wrapping up to +4)

Shelf life: 150 days in vacuum wrapping

Preparation: ready-to-use product, no additional preparation necessary; cut in thin slices, serve in a sandwich, as cold hors-d'oeuvre or as a part of various culinary delicacies.
