Preparation: for 1.5 kg
tomato and 500 g mozzarelle:
Slice the tomatoes and
mozzarella. Mix the bag contents with 7 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons
vinegar and 4 tablespoons water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Pour over
tomatoes and cheese.
Storage: Keep in dry place at room temperature.
Shelf life: 24 months.
