Fifth year in the row Studena title sponsor to "Studena Croatia Open" tournament

Podravka food processing company from Koprivnica, i.e. its water brand Studena will be this year's main sponsor of "Studena Croatia Open" event.

 This year's sponsoring contract was signed today in Koprivnica by the members of the Management Boards, for Podravka Marin Pucar and for Istraturist Željko Kukurin.

Podravka's brand Studena is for the fifth year in the row title sponsor to the tournament "Studena Croatia Open".

Having signed the contract Podravka Management Board member Marin Pucar said: - Podravka is a solvent company and we are pleased to be a part of such significant projects in 2010. Podravka has decided to stay with its partners and we therefore continue the long year cooperation with Istraturist, a company which started with small commercial sponsorship that grew into a successful partnership. Within our company the budgets have been created carefully and rationally, taking this year into consideration, and at this moment I can say that Podravka continues its development and marketing plans.

Istraturist Management Board member Željko Kukurin said that the first edition of this tournament in its third decade will be a success for both of the companies: -  "Studena Croatia Open" is a synonym for economic and social event in Croatia. Partners also take credit for its success, as it is about a synergy of tourism, economy and local community, and I am therefore particularly pleased to continue the cooperation started long ago.

Tournament director Vanja Božičković said that the tournament will again be hosting renowned tennis names. - Tournament in Umag will this year also be a part of Podravka's big sport family. Supreme tennis, entertainment and beauty are the key features of our tournament which proves its quality in sport and tourism one year after another, and this year it will be enriched with new special benefits for the visitors.

21^st edition of the tournament will be held from 26^th July till 1^st August 2010. This competition is a synonym for one of the most interesting professional male tournaments in Europe in International series class organized by ATP. Next to numerous domestic and international recognitions, ATP organization awarded this tournament with several "Awards of Excellence", emphasizing each time progresses achieved in organization of this manifestation.

Podravka is not included in organisation of this tournament only financially, but also with its products and programs, which portrays a certain image about our company, additionally enriching this tournament.
