Vegeta marinade Mediterranean

Mediterranean marinade will imbue your meals (chicken, pork and baby beef), fish and seafood in just 30 minutes of marinating with the authentic Mediterranean note, aromas and tastes of the Mediterranean herbs. This marinade is a unique and harmonious combination of olive and sunflower oil, vinegar, dried vegetables and Mediterranean spices - oregano, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf and rosemary. Shake before use and pour over meat or fish and after 30 minutes it can be prepared on barbeque, in a pan or in the oven. Satisfied eaters will surely ask the chef to give away the secret of the recipe!

Ingredients: water, sunflower oil, vinegar, table salt, sugar, yeast extract, herbs 3,8% (basil, marjoram, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, rosemary), olive oil, dried garlic, concentrated pineapple juice, dried onion, dried carrot, coriander, black pepper, rosemary extract, nutmeg.

Usage: to be shaken before usage and poured over meat or fish.
One bottle is sufficient for 1.5 kg meat or fish.

Preparation:

1. Pour the marinade over meat or fish.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes or longer - to get a stronger taste.
3. Roast on barbeque, in a pan or in the oven.

Storage: After opening keep in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Shelf life: 12 months.

Packaging: bottle 300 g.
